Betty Lochner is a passionate leader, with over 25 years of experience specializing in improving interpersonal skills, building and leading teams, practicing the power of appreciation and gratitude, working with different communication styles and generations, and conflict strategies. She is the Owner of Cornerstone Coaching and Training, and is the Director of Washington’s Guaranteed Education Tuition (GET) Program.
She is the author of Dancing with Strangers: Communication Skills for Transforming your Life at Work and Home, and 52 Communication Tips.
Betty holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and a Master of Education from Western Washington University and is a graduate of the Cascade Public Executive Program from the University of Washington. She is also a professionally certified trainer in Performance Coaching, is a Community Mediator, has a certificate in Human Resource Management, and holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
